Enabling and disabling a SQL Trigger

Sometimes you might need to disable a trigger to keep it from recursing. 

ALTER TABLE [yourtable}
DISABLE TRIGGER [yourtriggername]

and 

ALTER TABLE [yourtable]
ENABLE TRIGGER [yourtriggername]
